A love of all things PE is being encouraged at Park Road Community Primary School with the help of the Sports Crew who have been encouraging self-belief throughout the term.
We asked the team to tell us a little more about themselves and what they are doing.
"We are the Sports Crew who have been working with Miss Mills, Miss Shirley and Mr Bibby to encourage a love of PE at Park Road.
This half term, our value is self-belief! Our Sports Crew will be on the lookout for people believing in themselves when facing challenges in sports. We will be encouraging everyone to believe in themselves by offering our words of encouragement and advice.
Our crew are developing their responsibility by helping run our playtime activities with Mr Bibby. They will be supporting the games and activities, as well as encouraging people to believe in themselves and have a go! In addition to this, they will also be encouraging children of all years to try new activities at lunchtime, so keep your eyes peeled!
This half term, we are looking forward to our year 5 and 6 High 5 netball tournament at Great Sankey. We know the team will be amazing and with their self-belief, they will be fantastic. Good luck!"
